We worked with engineers from Springfield Armory to create Custom Shop loads specifically designed for the utmost performance from the new Model 2020 Waypoint rifle.
Loaded with Fusion and Fusion Tipped bullets modified for low-velocities, Federal Subsonic gives hunters the expansion and accuracy of conventional centerfire rifle ammunition, with whisper-quiet performance through suppressors.
Even suppressors can’t silence the harsh, supersonic crack produced by standard ammunition. But with muzzle velocities just below the sound barrier, Federal Subsonic shoots whisper-quiet.
We’ve given classic cartridges the silent treatment with the proven Fusion bullet design loaded in 30-30 Win. and 45-70 Govt. Both loads feature Fusion’s molecularly bonded bullet and skived nose to open reliably at low velocities with the weight retention to penetrate deep.
