Reloading shotshells is a great way to save money, especially on target shotshells, which shooters generally use up in large quantities at the range. Handloading also allows you test different shot sizes and payloads to find what shoots best out of your favorite clay target shotgun. The best choice for waterfowl hunting depends on the species you’re hunting and the situation. Larger birds like Canada geese demand larger shot sizes like BB, while small, fast-moving ducks like teal are better suited to size 4 or even smaller shot.
