Just about match grade consistency but way cheaper
Bought these Federal 36 gr CPHP rounds years ago in 550 packs and they shoot well in revolvers, semi auto rugers , S&W, Colt etc… Now all 22LR shells are dirty, let’s face it. Better than years ago sure, but still gets your gun nasty. And who shoots less than 100 at a time? That’s a lot of dirt in your chamber, barrel and action. So clean it/bore blast/brush it out at the bench and it shouldn’t have any jams or misfires. I have great accuracy with this ammo. 3 in groups all day long at 15 yds in most pistols, scoped rifles can do 1-2 inch groups consistently at 50 yds. Good enough for woods and field hunting at these reasonable distances. Remember it ain’t no .308 sniper rifle. 22s are fun guns that the whole family can shoot and enjoy. We take king walks in the fall through late winter and always get our limit of squirrels, rabbits, and pop off field rats all year long. Also, don’t Pooh-Pooh this round for self defense use. Sure not as good as a 40 or 45, but gets 150-200 ftlb of energy within eyeball to eyeball bad guy distances. And remember, you can easily pop off another 4-5 accurate 22LR shots quickly if the first doesn’t put off an attacker. 2-3 - 22LR rounds at 1200 fps are equivalent to a 158 grain bullet at 800 fps.

Perfect all around .22LR ammo!
Looked all over the internet, bought different varieties over the years but I always come back! FYI - Lohman Arms seems to have some in stock. Go Federal.

The best all around .22lr ammunition.
I'm not a person who likes to write reviews on things, but this ammunition is the best I've ever used. I shoot this stuff out of revolvers, semi-auto pistols and rifles. This ammunition shoots clean and is very accurate. This is my ultimate go-to, do-all ammunition.

Awesome rimfire ammo
This is the only 22lr ammo I'll use. I love the fact that its copper plated so there will be less lead fouling. I know that other companies offer copper plated ammo but, Federal is the best IMHO. Where has all the 22lr ammo gone? It's the hardest caliber to find, seems like its extinct.
