Product Overview

American Eagle® Rimfire Suppressor rounds perform to their ballistic peak in suppressed firearms, thanks to carefully selected propellants, bullet weights and primers. Their sub-sonic loading eliminates the super-sonic “crack” suppressors can’t silence. In addition, special clean-burning powders minimize fouling while reliably functioning in semi-automatic firearms. Suppressor loads are priced for volume shooting.

  • Bullet weights and profiles carefully selected for suppressed firearms
  • Clean burning powders for easier cleanup
  • Subsonic muzzle velocities
  • Reliable function, feeding and ignition
  • Federal® brass cases

Works Great in my application!
Not paid by anyone to write this. Bought a Sig P322 with hi cap mags. Have a Silencerco Warlock Suppressor attached. Tried Subsonic CCI 720 FPS would not cycle (Very Quiet Though). Had to manually cycle slide to eject each round. Then I put in the Federal .22 Cal Suppressor Ammo @ 970 FPS (RAN FLAWLESSLY!). A little more noise with the 970 FPS of course but nothing much. Didn't check difference with a decibel meter. All depends on your application I would say. Lots of physics involved with each different handgun or rifle. Like I said though, in this particular application lots of fun. Unfortunately, a lot of times it's trial and error to find the correct combination for your particular set up. Kind of like dating.

quieter than minimags, just as much penetration
I use a Ruger LCP2 22lr, and minimags out of it are loud and have a fireball. I loaded my magazine with alternating minimags and american eagle, and I could tell from the volume which bullet was fired. I'm not saying the difference was big, but it was pleasantly less loud. And no fireball. I fired the rounds through pages of a book and found that they went through an average of 600 pages but with a wide spread, but statistically the same penetration.

Functions Perfectly in My Setup
Sig 322 with Dead Air Mask suppressor attached. Gun would not reliably cycle with CCI quiet rounds, but this American Eagle round did the trick. Just spicy enough to keep the gun cycling, but still profoundly quiet. This will be my go-to, when I am shooting in this application. Simply perfect, with no malfunctions. I can trust this round in this application, every time I pull the trigger.

Excellent Ammo
This stuff is top notch. Have put around 700 rounds through a MK IV and B22 with Silencerco Sparrow with no ammo related issues. Buy it every time I see it.
