Fantastic results
New rifle (Savage Model 10 PC), new scope (Nikon M-308), and new ammo (Federal 308 Win. 165 grain Trophy Copper). Sighted the combo in at the local rifle range and achieved sub MOA performance at 100 yards. Practiced from 100-400 yards with fantastic results. Went hunting the following weekend and shot a nice 8 point buck at 246 yards with one shot. Complete pass thru on broadside shot with excellent exit hole. Buck ran maybe 30 yards and was stone dead by the time I reached him. Plus no worries of lead fragments in the meat.
