Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Shot three whitails with fusions now and they have performed flawlessly. Shot ranges have been 25-50 yds and farthest track was forty yards. Does a nice job on vitals but doesn't seem to bruise a ton of meet. I trust them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Textbook Performance I purchased some Federal F308ES1 ammunition after having some reloading issues with old brass. Went elk hunting last week and shot a nice quartering 4X4 @ 268 yards. Bullet penetrated between ribs and exited between two ribs but lodged between the outer rib cage and the hide. 150 grain bullet retained 146.3 grains and mushroomed almost perfectly. This is quality ammunition and no longer any need to reload it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from best accuracy out of my .308 I bought a .308 from my brother in law he didn't like the gun because he couldn't get the gun to group at all ,or so he said .I bought two boxes of the 150 grain fusion ammo if nothing else maybe the gun just needed breaking in I thought . I took the rifle to the range after 3 shots it was dead on at 50 so I moved out to 100 then 200 it's a 3 shot clover lead with these .I have now shot 7 deer with these and the same rifle and not one has taken even a step after being hit .my wife and daughter have also taken 5 whitetails with the 95 grain .243 fusion love the product and I recommend them to everyone .theyre also inexpensive 20.99 a box where I live for the .308 and 19.99 for the 243 great ammo give em a try you won't be disappoitnted.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Four shots I bought a new 308 Savage and bought some Fusion 150 gr. 308 Win. bullets just to see what the gun is capable of shooting. I wanted to see how well the gun shot at 50 yards and 100 Yard, Much to my surprise the gun shot great at 50 yards and when I shot at 100 yards I got the same pattern, I was really impressed with the gun and just as impressed with the bullet!! Thanks for making a bullet that shoots well, groups great, and puts the knock down power on big game!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My New Favorite? Having moved recently I did not have my reloading gear set up this year so I had to purchase factory hunting ammunition. Now I'm glad I did. I chose the 150-grain Fusion in .308 Winchester because I have always been pleased with the various kinds of Federal ammunition I've used in the past. So far, I've found Fusion goes "above and beyond." At the range, my rifle (which is by no means a real tack driver) was putting 3 shots into groups right at 2" at 300 meters with this ammo. Opening day of Montana antelope season I took a 13" buck at a lased 298 meters. The buck took two uncertain half steps, then went down hard and for good. Despite hitting the back of the foreleg bone and a rib, the bullet both expanded and held together to take out both lungs. I'm very much looking forward to hunting whitetails and mulies later this year with Fusion ammo. If it performs as well on deer as it did on antelope, it will be my new hunting ammunition from here on out. Thank you, Federal.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good deer bullet! I used this bullet in 150gr. .308 win . Shot deer on winter day in Nov. Shot the deer between front shoulders facing me at 30 yards, deer went down facing north after 2 yard circle. The bullet did it's job fast and true. When the deer was gutted lots of damage done inside ,lots of blood on snow when hit by bullet! When we skinned this deer ,small dime size hole in ,nickle size hole out .My only guess bullet stayed together good, did not mushroom fully. As it came out at flank just in front back hind ham! I would have given 5 star but would like to try them it more. I have used federal bullets for years now , they are the ones I buy always! good hunting !be safe!
