Rated 5 out of 5 by from Accurate and Clean The last box I used was for my CCW permit. (Score 98) It shots point of aim with my Taurus 82, and it shoots clean. Afterwards, I saved the brass and have reloaded it all summer long. Accurate, clean, great brass; everything I ask in ammo.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Favorite practice ammunition I use this for practice in my carry LCR-357. It has the same POA and POI as my 125 grain jacketed HP .38 Special carry rounds. Priced right, great performance, never a problem in thousands of rounds. The FMJ makes for easy clean-up.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from American Eagle Full Metal Jacket 38 Special Use this ammo in my 686-3 and 686-6 S&W 6" revolvers. I find it to be extremely accurate (as accurate as the shooter in fact) and like it better than lead. Full Metal jacket is sometimes more difficult to find I've noticed. I haven't noticed any unusual blackening issues - just normal powder residue, and I always clean the guns after shooting. Thanks-

Rated 3 out of 5 by from First time user First time using 38 special in my first 357 revolver trying to get a feel for it.. Was very accurate at 5-15 meters. I was at an indoor range and couldn't get a further target due to size limitations of the lanes. The casings on the empty shells were blackened half way down the outside of the case and left a lot of carbon and blackening on my cylinder and barrel. I thought it was the gun so I switched to a different brand and did not have the same issues. Also, the barrel length was 4 inches.
