Had the tactical but I think it's identical
I tried the HST tactical 124 +p on a day at a range where I tried a lot of different 9mm and .380 ammo. The Underwood Xtreme defender .380 acp +p kicked super hard in my LCP and also had a huge fireball. This 124 +p HST kicked noticeably harder than standard pressure in my Max-9 and Beretta APX, but it was still more controllable than the .380 +p in the small gun. The muzzle flash was bigger than normal pressure, but also not as bad as the .380, so it is a good low flash powder. It was more accurate than any other ammo I used that day, and the ballistics tests all over Youtube speak for themselves.
